    Natural crystals are formed through natural growth and may have ice cracks, cotton-like inclusions, color banding, mineral deficiencies, and variations in bead shape. These are normal characteristics of natural materials and are not quality defects.

    Will the actual product color be exactly the same as the photo?
    Products are mainly photographed in kind, but different screens, lighting, and natural stone textures may cause slight color differences. Please refer to the actual product received.

  • How to choose the bracelet size?
    Please use a soft tape measure to measure the thinnest part of your wrist, without leaving any extra space. We will produce the item according to the product design and wearing comfort.

    Can the bracelet size be altered?
    Some products can have their bracelet size adjusted. Please contact customer service to confirm before placing an order. Special customization or alteration of products may incur additional fees.

  • Do live stream orders count towards membership rewards?
    Live stream products are already offered at discounted live stream prices, therefore they are not included in the official website membership points and referral rewards calculation.
