Product Packaging

Before shipping, each item undergoes basic inspection and careful packaging by May's Ornament, minimizing the risk of damage during transit.

Items will be packaged with appropriate protective materials based on their type and size, which may include:

Natural Material Disclaimer

Natural crystals may vary in color, texture, mineral deficiencies, inclusions, and internal fractures, as these are natural characteristics. We perform basic inspections before shipping, but natural materials cannot be perfectly identical.

Gift Giving

If the item is intended as a gift, please specify this in the order remarks. We will assist with organizing the packaging based on available conditions. However, special gift boxes, greeting cards, or designated packaging may incur additional charges, which will be communicated separately.

Eco-friendly Packaging

While ensuring product safety, we strive to minimize unnecessary packaging materials. Upon receiving your order, you can reuse any intact pouches, boxes, and protective materials.
