• Membership tiers are calculated based on historical cumulative spending on the official website and are permanently retained once achieved.
• Only orders with completed payments on the MayMay Jewelry official website are counted.
• Facebook live streams, direct message orders, wholesale orders, and orders from other platforms are not included in the accumulation.
• The accumulated amount is based on the actual payment amount for the products, excluding shipping fees.
• Cancellations, returns, and refunded amounts are not included in the accumulation; membership status will be re-calculated after a refund.
• Please use the same email or phone number to log in and place orders to avoid scattering your purchase records.
• Membership benefits are for personal use only and cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or used for live stream or wholesale orders.

Birthday Shopping Credit Policy

• Members must register their birthday information in advance to receive birthday shopping credit.
• Birthday shopping credit will be issued on the member's birthday and retained in the member's account after issuance.
• Birthday information must be registered at least 24 hours before your birthday; if your birthday has already passed for the current year, the credit will be issued on your birthday next year.
• Each member can claim it once per year.
